The Human Capital Research Center analyzes the current situation, global trend and studying the future foresight of future job market and skills, that relies on scientific methods and approaches in conducting and publishing relevant studies, to determine the future competencies, capabilities and skills required.

publications, recommendations, and engagement and collaboration that enhance human capital and education to meet the current and future labor market needs.

The Human Capital Research Center (HCRC) is pleased to launch an initiative for the year 2023/2024 to motivate UAEU researchers to publish research papers in areas related to the mission of the center in reputable peer-reviewed journals. Focus on enhancing human capital and developing qualified national competencies to meet the labor market's future demands at the local, regional, and global levels. We encourage the UAEU faculty and researchers to direct their research agenda toward human capital and education areas to meet the HCRC objectives.
