All Scholarships, Fellowships and Assistantships depend on the availability of budget. Meeting the minimum requirement does not guarantee approval of the Award.

The purpose of the Chancellor 's Fellowship is to attract excellent students by providing them financial assistance in their pursuit of higher education. Chancellor' s Fellowship depends on the availability of budget and is primarily provided to students in STEM and strategic areas of the country (renewable energy, transportation, health, water resources, technology, space). This Fellowship award does not apply to Education programs, Doctor of Business Administration
(DBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Professional Accounting

Research Assistantships are granted to Graduate Students to work on research projects
under the supervision of faculty members. To be eligible for a Research Assistantship,
a candidate must first apply to and be accepted in a Master or Doctorate program at

The goal of this program is to increase the number of Emirati students in research-based
graduate programs at UAEU and to graduate more Nationals with doctorate degrees and

The purpose of the “MSc Space Science Scholarship under the Arab Space Pioneers Program”
is to recruit highly talented and enthusiastic candidates from across the Arab region
to join MSc in Space Science or related Programs at UAE University (UAEU) and work
on projects at the National Space Science and Technology Center (NSSTC) in Al Ain,
UAE. The Arab Space Pioneers Programs was initiated by the UAE Prime Minister H. H.
Sh. Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, administered jointly by the UAE Space Agency and
the UAE University. Financial support will be provided to the selected candidates
to pursue their MSc in Space Science or related Programs at UAEU so as to build their
careers in the booming Space sector.

Details on the Graduate Research Assistantship for all nationalities
Graduate Teaching Assistants (GTA) are typically full-time graduate students who participate
in teaching activities at the University in exchange for financial support.
Graduate Administrative Assistants (GAA) are typically full-time graduate students
who participate in administrative activities at the University in exchange for financial
support.
The purpose of the Full Ride Scholarship is to recruit high achieving Emirati undergraduate students in certain majors at UAEU and provide them with full and continuous financial support to pursue their graduate studies after the Bachelor s degree through the Master s and Doctorate degrees at UAEU.
The purpose of the PhD Scholarship is to recruit high achieving graduate students in certain majors at UAEU and provide them with full and continuous financial support to pursue their graduate studies at UAEU.
The purpose of the PhD Fellowship is to recruit high achieving graduate students in certain majors at UAEU and provide them with full and continuous financial support to pursue their graduate studies at UAEU.
