We are pleased to announce that the Enrollment Deanship in coordination with DoIT have been successfully launched new electronic system for “To Whom It May Concern” letter via eService.
When you request a letter, make sure that your UAEU ID is already charged with amount required for the document(s). Cash ‘charge’ machines are located in D3 and D4 in the registration department in crescent building.

- Male: Venue: Gym & Health Club, Days: Thursday, Times: 9:00-14:45
- Female: Venue: Building B1, Days: Sunday - Wednesday, Times: 8:00-21:00
- Female: Venue: Gym & Health Club, Days: Thursday, Times: 8:00-16:00
Only current students, university staff and their families are allowed to use the facilities. Therefore, graduates cannot use the facilities unless one of her relatives is employed or studying at the university.
The clubs available are:
- Cultural clubs: Heritage Activity Club; Media Center; Al Qalam Al Jame’e.
- Sports Clubs: Sports Activity Club; Color Your Food Club; New Dimensions Club.
- Technical Clubs: Photography Club; Music Club; Anime Club; Fine Arts Club.
- Leadership Clubs: Basmat Najah Club; Japanese Sakura Club; Korean Arirang Club; Sawa’ed Club Club Pulse Mosque; Astronomy Club; Red Crescent Club; Bara’em Club; Media Integration Network Club; Organizers Club; Watani Club; Innovation Club).
- Residence Clubs: Housing Unit Club.
Conditions for establishing a club:
The purpose of the club should be compatible with the vision of the university according to the club's goals. It should be classified as either academic or non-academic and must have a university faculty or staff member as supervisor.
- Early registration for courses and events after completing 200 hours of voluntary work per semester.
- Priority for events and conferences outside of the university.
- An annual award ceremony for students who take part in voluntary work.
