Roles and Responsibilities

• Conducting and publishing relevant studies, to determine the future competencies, capabilities and skills required, and to provide appropriate recommendations regarding the necessary academic and professional disciplines.
• Providing consultation services on human capital and education issues.
• Providing appropriate recommendations regarding re-aligning higher education programs and disciplines to ensure better career opportunities and readiness for students
• Organizing conferences, seminars, training and workshops on human capital and labor market.
• Establishing strategic partnerships with human capital development institutions to support and contribute to the work of the Center
• Collaborating with the appropriate academic and technical staff to support research projects.
