Chancellor’s Innovation Award

Overview

The Chancellor’s Innovation Award competition aims to raise awareness of the importance of innovations, to support and encourage innovators to actively contribute to the transformation of the economy of the UAE into a knowledge-based economy and to contribute to attaining the comprehensive and sustainable social and economic development of the country. The award will engage students, faculty and employees at UAEU within a framework that supports innovative thinking, scaling, and research that deepens both existing and new innovations to provide creative and cutting-edge solutions to counter challenges in sectors of national priority such as Climate Change and Environmental Sustainability; Renewable Energy; Water and Food Security; Health and Medical Science; Education and Lifelong Learning; Space Science; Mobility and Urban Development; Technology and Cyber Security; Social, Administrative and Economic Growth.
