Withdrawal from a semester is a postponement of study for one term only, then The student can register for the following terms, while withdrawal from the university ends student study in all and can’t register to follow up the study.

This is all available in the student registration report "اشعار تسجيل" that is available for them to request.
The student has one chance to change major by personal wish “and one time fir probation students to enhance their GPA”. The student should check the major requirements that he/she meets them then apply to the college during the times announced by the college to apply fir majors.
Changes can be made during the service period of modifying educational institution and program options
The student is notified after completing the application review procedures.
