Overview

The Facilities Management Department is dedicated for providing quality support services and solutions to the entire University.  The Facilities Management Department is responsible for ensuring that the planning, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of all University facilities and grounds support the academic, research, and administrative functions of the University.

In 2010, the University moved to a new state-of-the-art campus situated in Al Ain, totaling approximately 80 hectares. In addition to the operations, maintenance and repair of these existing facilities, we are responsible for the planning, design, and construction management of renovations and new facilities.
