Ms. Amna Al-Shamry Al-Ajmi
Senior Planning Analyst, Employee Engagement at ADNOC Distribution
Amna holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Abu Dhabi University (2016). She received her Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management from Zayed University in 2014 and a Professional Diploma in Preparation of Innovation Leaders in Public Sector Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University in Dubai in 2018.
In February 2020 she was appointed by the UAE Cabinet as Member of Board directors in UAEU.
She also work full-time as a Senior Planning Analyst, Employee Engagement, and contributing in ADNOC Gender Balance Committee as a Charwoman in ADNOC Distribution since 26th of April 2020.
She has worked also as a Learning & Development Specialist and Human Capital Associate in AMMROC (Advanced Military Maintenance Repair and Overhaul Center) since 6th of November 2014 until 23rd of April 2020.
Amna is also certified Trainer from ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) a professional membership body for leaders and managers around the world.
She aspires to change the university projects pattern, by adding different companies challenges from different sectors as a real project in the students academic curriculum to be solved in an innovative way. This will invest in the students efforts and in the right way, a way that will motivate and drive the students to do their best in order to achieve their dreams.
Because she is passionate about innovation, Amna is continuing working in her project (Gate 71). Gate 71 acts as an intermediate between the inventors and the investors. The project was inspired during her study of Professional Diploma in Preparation of Innovation Leaders in the Public Sector - Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University, Dubai, United Arab Emirates in 2018.
