The Instructional Design Unit

This unit supports faculty initiatives including online and blended learning and innovative course designs and teaching methods to enhance teaching and learning. ID's functions include:

• To lead the UAEU s Online and Blended learning course offerings
• To develop e-Learning course modules and contents
• To provide innovative instructional design and pedagogy
• To manage the Course Transformation Process
• To provide academic support to the UAEU s teaching community.
• To propose new and emerging instructional technologies.
• To promote Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) within UAEU teaching and learning.
