The CETL will enable and support UAEU teaching community to innovate and excel, thereby provide a teaching environment that will facilitate effective student lifelong learning and success.

Mission

To help the university to ensure a dynamic, innovative and effective learning experience for all UAEU students by providing educators with:

• professional development and support in educational technology,
• pedagogy and classroom teaching techniques,
• research-informed and evidence-based teaching practices,
• communication and collaboration among UAEU faculty,
• culture of innovation in teaching and learning by encouraging and facilitating innovation, and
• assessment as an integral part of implementing innovative developments in teaching and learning.
