The Strategy and Future Department plays a key role in supporting the university’s administration by facilitating informed decision-making and driving the strategic planning process. The department ensures the implementation of excellence standards across the university, disseminate the concepts of excellence, creativity and evaluate the best administrative and professional practices.
It oversees the development, execution, and continuous monitoring of the university's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with Federal Government directives and higher education requirements.
