Overview

The mission of the of Strategy and Future Department is to provide the necessary support to the university administration in the decision-making process, in addition to the strategic planning process and ensuring the application of the standards of quality and organizational excellence.

The Department also oversees the preparation, implementation and development of the University's strategic plan while ensuring compliance with the Federal Government's directives and the requirements of higher education. It also plays a vital role in the implementation of the quality assurance system at the university level, institutionalizing the culture of institutional evaluation by monitoring the effectiveness of the performance of university units and services and using evaluation outputs in continuous improvement processes and correcting plans and resources.
