The IT Support Services (ITSS) are responsible to provide a broad spectrum of support for the development, planning, deployment, and integration of state-of-the-art End-user computing infrastructure, and services to support the information technology needs of the academic, research, and administrative functions of United Arab Emirates University. We are committed to provide exceptional support in the use of computing and information technology resources in a responsive, knowledgeable and courteous manner.
Our mission is to enhance the productivity of the UAEU community and to empower our users by making information technology accessible. We are achieving this by providing a customer focused and single point of contact, for quality IT services and technical support.
ITSS is the primary technical support resource for UAEU students, staff, and faculty for questions and problems relating to information technology and computing. Our team comprises of End-user Support Specialist groups, IT Help Desk and we work closely with field services teams at all colleges & campuses to ensure a consistent, secure and reliable end user experience across the university.
