Introduce Laughter Yoga
This session was delivered by Ms. Anna Hatchard who is the founder of the laughter lab using laughter as a means to improving an individual s wellbeing. She is also a Positive psychology coach and practitioner and runs many laughter yoga workshops. In this workshop she highlighted how laughing exercises can improve an individual s wellbeing by promoting laughter. In her session she carried out some laughing exercises to cultivate joy and uplift the audience mood and bring their inner child out.
