Lectures Attendance Excuses

The course instructor provides the approval of quizzes and Test excuses. The advising Unit will only approve your excuse for the lecture of the test or the quiz in the e-service. Once your excuse is approved, you can arrange with the course instructor to repeat the test or the quiz in the e-service. The procedure for accepting missing a test or quiz and the approval for repeating it is done by your instructor.

• Only emergency excuses will be considered due to an illness (with a supporting medical report stamped by the health authority) or compulsive circumstances.

Midterm and Final Exam Attendance Excuse

Missing Midterm or Final Exam due to emergency, illness, or compulsive circumstances, the student must contact the Advising Unit and provide all the required supporting documents immediately to allow the advising to take the proper procedure.
