Consulting Services

The services provided by the Statistical Consulting Unit encompass all phases of research including the following activities:

• Study design concerns the development of research questions, identification of the methodology and methods, sampling scheme and sample size calculation, data collection methods, validity and reliability of data collection instruments, etc.
• Statistical analysis/ data analytics involves data screening and exploration, inferential analysis and modeling.
• Training workshops in basic and advanced data analysis are offered periodically to UAEU researchers and graduate students.
• Assistance in writing grant proposals. Researchers can be assisted in writing grant proposals with respect to the methodological aspects.
• Research collaboration. Researchers interested in involving statistics / data analytics faculty as co-investigators in their research projects are referred to the faculty with the relevant specialization.
