The Tutorial Center offers academic support in a wide range of subject areas to students from all colleges (apart from CoE), through provision of one-to-one and small group tutorial sessions, and workshops on a variety of topics. Tutoring sessions provide students with opportunities to work alongside their peers, exploring and examining course areas with which they want support.
Students can find tutors in most of the courses taught at the university, and the number of courses and tutors is regularly updated. The center currently has over 60 carefully selected and trained peer tutors who support students in over 300 university courses from most university colleges. If course support is not currently offered at the center, every effort is made to provide the appropriate tutors and courses on demand.
