Library Membership

The United Arab Emirates university Libraries provides the membership service for individuals from outside the university allowing them to benefit from library services including book borrowing, library facilities and other features.

Subscription request instructions

1. 1,000 AED as a refundable deposit in the case of membership cancellation.
2. 100 AED as a subscription fee.
3. 10 AED as the subscription card issuance fee.

Requirements

1. If the customer is a member of the community:
   • A copy of Emirates ID.
   • Personal Photo
2. If the customer is an Institution:
   • A copy of the Emirates ID of the organization’s representative.
   • An authorization approved by the institution requesting membership to its representative.
   • A list of the names of participating individuals.
