UAEU welcomes 108 new faculty members to support its Academic and Research Mission

The United Arab Emirates University has welcomed new faculty members for the 2025/2026 academic year, from various disciplines and colleges.
In the speech delivered on behalf of the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Mohsen Sharif, Deputy Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, said that: "The new faculty members represent a significant contribution to the university's academic transformation process. He added that the new faculty members are our partners in shaping knowledge, creating influence, and strengthening the university's position regionally and internationally.
Ms. Aisha Al Dhaheri, Director of the Human Resources Department, said the university is committed to providing a supportive work environment that can easily integrate and professionally develop the new members, enhancing the academic work experience.
The new appointments are part of the university's plan to attract distinguished academic talent and support its efforts to develop a world-class educational and research environment based on diversity, openness, and strong academic standards.
The new members will join nine colleges, including: the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, the College of Education, the College of Business and Economics, the College of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, the College of Law, the College of Engineering, the College of Science, the College of Information Technology, and the College of Medicine and Health Sciences.
This step reflects the UAEU’s commitment to investing in human capital and providing an environment that fosters academic excellence and supports creativity and scientific research, serving the national agenda and the global community.
