This advancement underscores the university's continuous commitment to academic and research excellence on a global scale. The achievement reflects its outstanding performance across diverse academic and research disciplines. 

In response to this accomplishment, H.E. Zaki Anwar Nusseibeh, Cultural Advisor to the UAE President and Chancellor of the United Arab Emirates University, emphasized, "The notable rise of the United Arab Emirates University in the QS World University Rankings 2025 underscores its leading position as the nation's first university, dedicated to achieving excellence through programs and initiatives aligned with global standards."

H.E. highlighted that this achievement is a testament to the unwavering support of the UAE's leadership and aligns with the objectives of "We the UAE 2031." This initiative aims to translate the visionary goals of His Highness the President of the UAE into tangible outcomes, with all UAE institutions striving towards the UAE Centennial Plan 2071 and the principles of the UAE Vision 2021.
