UAEU Holds Career Fair 2026 Under the Slogan “Your Road to the Future,” Connecting Students and Alumni with Career and Training Opportunities

Under the theme “Your Road to the Future,” the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) organized the UAEU Career Fair 2026, bringing together employers from various government and private sector entities across the UAE. The event aimed to support students and alumni in advancing their professional careers and introduce them to employment, training, and professional development opportunities in the labor market.

The Career Fair reflects UAEU’s commitment to bridging academic learning and labor market needs by developing relevant programs, enhancing practical training and internship opportunities, and expanding partnerships with various sectors. These efforts contribute to strengthening students’ skills and enabling them to apply their knowledge in real-world work environments.

The event also provided a platform for direct engagement between students, alumni, and employers, allowing participants to explore workforce requirements and potential collaborations in training, professional development, and recruitment. In doing so, the fair supports greater alignment between academic learning outcomes and the evolving needs of the labor market.

The event attracted 4,500 UAEU students and alumni and featured the participation of more than 40 employers from various sectors across the UAE. It was sponsored by strategic partners, including the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (NAFIS), and ADNOC.

Ahead of the event, Professional Readiness Week was held to prepare students and alumni for the demands of the labor market. The program featured CV clinic workshops and mock interview sessions designed to enhance participants’ professional skills. It also included career counseling sessions and interactive activities led by specialists and advisors from UAEU and external organizations, helping participants strengthen their career readiness and prepare for future employment opportunities.
