Dr. Farag Sallabi, Collaboration with Nanyang Technological University, Singapore

Dr. Farag Sallabi, an associate professor at the Department of Computer and Network Engineering, has initiated a research collaboration channel with Prof. Duist Niyato in the School of Computer Science and Engineering at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. He visited the NTU campus in summer 2017 and spent three weeks there conducting research in applying stochastic programming optimization in the area of plug-In Electric Vehicles Routing Problem (PEVRP), as well as deep learning techniques in managing IoT based smart healthcare networks. Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is the world’s top young university and has been consistently ranked within the top 1% of universities globally. In the QS World University Rankings 2018, NTU is ranked 11th in the world.
