Dr. Raihan Taqui Syed has over 12 years of international academic and industry experience in the areas of Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Organizational Change & Development, Strategy, and Higher Education Management spread across Europe, the Middle East, South Asia & the UK. He was the Founding Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship & Business Incubation in a college in Oman. Prior to this, he co-founded an educational start-up in India. He has guided student start-ups in India, Oman, and UAE as a mentor/advisor.

Dr. Raihan is a Certified Management & Business Educator awarded by the Charted Association of Business Schools (CABS), UK; Certified Entrepreneurship Educator, London South Bank University, UK; IBM Certified Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner and Certified Entrepreneurial Mindset & Leadership Professional, Babson College, USA. Also, he was one among three scholarship recipients selected from Asia by the European Union-sponsored Erasmus Mundus consortium to pursue a master's degree program in Education Management. He was awarded with high-performing student credentials for academic excellence in the Australian MBA degree program.

Dr. Raihan holds a doctorate degree from the University of Bradford, UK. His research work focused on developing an entrepreneurial higher education institution. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from James Cook University, Australia, and another master's degree focused on Education Management and Innovation from the University of Granada, Spain. All the universities are accredited by international agencies and are positioned among the top institutions in QS and Times Higher Education (THE) world rankings.

Dr. Raihan possesses a high cultural quotient, having studied, worked, and travelled across more than 20 countries. He is an active peer reviewer and author, having over 20 publications to his credit in indexed journals (ABDC/CABS/Scopus-Q1 included), books, and international conferences. He engages actively with the international community and has delivered over 20 invited talks worldwide. Also, he has been the Session Chair, Panel Member, and Jury Member in national and international events across different countries. On the social front, he is involved with a number of causes and devotes time to giving back to society. Along with his family members and friends, he is engaged in supporting economically backward families and facilitating basic education to children in his home city – Mysore, Karnataka, India.
