TOEFL iBT

The computer-based TOEFL iBT test, delivered via the Internet, is available at the UAEU TOEFL iBT test center. It was established in 2012 for internal candidates and to the external community.  An increasing number of candidates pass through the center, including university students, candidates from the professional and education sector, and those taking the exam for job or emigration purposes. Each section measures a different skill, as follows:

Please note, you are responsible for bringing an acceptable form of identification each time you report to the TOEFL test center. ID documents must meet the following requirements:

• Valid (unexpired)
• Original document (not photocopied)

• As part of the precautionary measures to limit the spread of Coronavirus (COVID -19), and maintain the health and safety of employees and customers of the federal entities; We would like to inform you that, after coordination with the competent authorities, it has been decided as of Sunday, August 01, 2021, all customers, visitors, employees of outsourcing companies or any other persons, as TOEFL iBT candidates in UAEU, shall not be allowed to enter the premises of ministries and federal entities or any of their service centers for any reason, except for a customer or visitor who:

  • Is fully vaccinated against the pandemic, and provides a negative nasal swab (PCR) test result, valid for a period not exceeding (48) hours from receiving the result, provided the result should be proven through Al Hosn app.
  • Exempted from taking the vaccine by the competent authorities, and has a negative nasal swab (PCR) test result, valid for a period not exceeding (48) hours from receiving the result, provided the result should be proven through Al Hosn app.
  • Those under 16 years of age are exempted from these restrictions.

  We call upon everyone to abide by the above measures, which must be implemented as of August 01, 2021.
