Marketing for Managers
This course will address marketing principles and instruments and is designed to demonstrate the role of marketing in society and its impact on all stakeholders. From this course, delegates will learn the fundamentals of marketing, the marketing process, consumer behavior and the concept of value, directional strategies (STP), branding, marketing strategy (4Ps and/or 7Ps) and the formulation of a marketing plan.
Scenario Development for Managers
Scenarios are a strategic tool that can stimulate strategic thinking, generate strategic foresight, provide a basis for testing existing strategies, and explore and understand complexities of the future. In doing so, they can aid decision making and contribute to preparation for the future. This course will introduce delegates to the development of scenarios and broad contingency plans to deal with such scenarios.
Project Management
To be successful when executing projects within the professional environment, it is important to understand the functional aspects of project management, i.e. methodologies, tools and techniques. Project professionals should also understand the value, role and function the project management plays towards delivering successful projects. The aim of this course is to supply delegates with the basic project management tools and techniques to deliver projects successfully. The course will also build on this knowledge by supplying further best practices to excel within the project environment. An additional focus is placed on the project manager s role in delivering projects successfully.
