This course aims to provide businesses and managers with the necessary data analytics tools to describe, visualize, and make decisions using business data.
Fundamentals of Marketing Analytics
In this course, participants will systematically learn fundamental techniques to acquire, manage, and harness marketing data. Participants will gain hands-on experience with marketing analytics techniques and software tools to analyze customer and market data, develop marketing strategies, and allocate resources.
Big Data and Analytics
This course is designed to help decision makers navigate through the complexity in big data and analytics and enable them to capture the value of big data and effectively drive business transformation. Participants will master the fundamental concepts in big data and analytics, examine the challenges and opportunities associated with big data, and explore roadmaps for big data capability development.
