Intellectual Property and Copyright

1. The work created by applicants must be original: it cannot be a copy or a reproduction of an already-existing creation. Reproduction of previous works is considered an infringement of intellectual property rights and therefore an act of plagiarism, which will result in the immediate disqualification from the competition.
2. Winning the contest implies the transferring of the design copyrights in all fields of exploitation, and in particular: (i) on all digital data storing devices, (ii) reproduction through any method including printing and digital.
