Policies
- The Student Accounts Unit manages all financial transactions related to students’
accounts, including tuition fee deposits and other financial matters. You can track
your payment details by logging into your E-Services account.
- Tuition fees must be paid in full at the beginning of each semester, according to
the deadlines specified on the (Payment Deadlines) page. Students are fully responsible
for meeting their financial obligations to the University and any resulting consequences.
- Students enrolled in the installment plan must adhere to the announced payment schedule.
(Note: There is no installment plan for the Summer term.)
- Sponsored students whose tuition fees are covered by external entities must submit
an official written confirmation from their sponsor indicating financial responsibility
before the payment deadline as per the academic calendar. Failure to provide this
confirmation will result in the student being personally responsible for full payment
in order to maintain enrollment.
- Graduate students may audit graduate courses with the permission of the instructor
and their Advisor, and payment of required fees. Students will need to register for
such courses with an Audit designation during the registration period.
- If a student is withdrawn from a semester due to non-payment of tuition fees, they
will not be allowed to attend remaining classes or sit for final exams in that semester.
The cancellation of registration is final, all academic work will be voided, and the
student remains liable for all applicable charges.
- Students wishing to withdraw from the University, drop a course, or apply for a term
withdrawal (Leave of Absence) must do so by the add/drop deadline. For more information,
please visit the Refunds Page.
- If a student withdraws after the final deadline, they will remain liable for the full
tuition fees, even if granted a “withdrawal without failure” approval.
- All tuition and service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified on the
Refunds Page.
- The Tuition Fee Notification issued by the Student Accounts Office and sent to the student’s university email is considered an official notification of financial liability and payment due.
