Tuition fees must be paid in full and on time at the beginning of each semester, in accordance with the deadlines specified in the published Tuition Fee Schedule.

Students are personally responsible for all financial obligations owed to the University and for any consequences arising from failure to meet such obligations.

Students who are responsible for paying all or part of their educational expenses may enroll in the Tuition Fee Installment Plan, provided that the initial payment is made by the specified deadline and all subsequent installments are paid in accordance with the approved installment schedule.

Students whose educational expenses are funded by an external organization or sponsoring entity must submit written confirmation from the sponsoring entity confirming its commitment to pay the applicable tuition fees. Such confirmation must be provided before the deadline specified in the Tuition Fee Schedule.

If the required confirmation is not submitted by the applicable deadline, the student will become personally responsible for the payment of all outstanding tuition fees and related charges to maintain continued enrollment.

If a student’s registration is cancelled due to non-payment of tuition fees, the student will not be permitted to attend the remaining classes or sit for final examinations during that semester.

Registration cancelled due to non-payment may not be reinstated. Any academic work completed during the affected semester will also be cancelled, and the student will remain responsible for all outstanding fees and financial obligations.

Tuition fees and other applicable charges must be paid using the payment methods and channels specified in the Tuition Fee Schedule and in accordance with the University’s approved payment instructions.

Students wishing to withdraw from the University, withdraw from a course, or submit a request to suspend their registration must comply with the applicable add/drop and withdrawal deadlines.

If a student withdraws after the applicable deadline, the student will remain liable for the full tuition fees, even if a request for “Withdrawal Without Failure” is approved.
