Only confirmed auditors are allowed to attend the classes, registration confirmation
emails will be sent after completing the registration process and pay the associated
fees.
Courses taken by audit learners will not be counted as part of the accredited academic
credit hours.
Auditors will not receive an official course book.
Auditors commit to abide with the Student Code of Conduct, and not to disturb the
class or distract the students.
Auditors commit to respect the class timing and not to interrupt the class once the
class has started.
Auditors are not required to participate in class work, projects, quizzes or exams.
An attending certificate from the Continuing Education Center (CEC) at the end of
each course is to be issued if the student attended at least 75% of the classes and submitted the
attendance sheet signed by the instructor.
In case the auditor decides to withdraw from the course during the first week of registration,
15% of the course fees will be deducted as administrative fees, and no refunds are
to be processed after a week from the registrationstart date.
UAEU has the right to cancel the auditorregistration if he/she did not follow the program rules.
The auditor does not have the right to record the lectures presented by the Blackboard
by any means of technology.
