Nomination Requirements

• Contact details with the nominee and the nominator;
• A recent CV of the nominee;
• 2-3 pages containing the nominee s achievements;
• Other documents to support the nomination: statement of achievements, newspaper articles, research activities, website, etc ... (evidence)

General Guidelines

Applying for the United Arab Emirates University Alumni Award:

At the level of the United Arab Emirates and the countries of the world:

• The nominee shall apply electronically through the following electronic system.
• The deadline for submitting the application is 11/02/2022, and no application will be accepted after this date, and for any inquiries related to the electronic system, please contact the Alumni Affairs Section by alumni_award@uaeu.ac.ae.

Evidence and Attachments

• Ensuring that the nomination application and all evidence are clearly sent through the following electronic system.
• An electronic photo of the applicant must be attached with a white background, high quality, and in JPG / JPEG format.
• A copy of the passport and a copy of the Emirates ID for local graduates must be attached.
• Using the guide to the award categories.
• The nominee sends the nomination request directly to the award coordinator via e-mail alumni_award@uaeu.ac.ae.
• If you want to express more of your efforts in a certain criterion, you can add that from among the attachments.
• All works, documents, evidence and files submitted are owned by the United Arab Emirates University and are not returned to their owners. The university has the right to use it in the future in an appropriate manner and in the interest of the university.
• Evidence, documents and files should be limited to the last three years excluding the year of submission.
• Ensuring that all attached documents and evidence are certified or dated.
