Workshop Description
This workshop aims to provide participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to effectively lead and supervise a research team. The session will address essential leadership principles in the research environment, including building and managing team dynamics, establishing clear roles and responsibilities, fostering open communication, and creating a collaborative and supportive work culture. Participants will also learn strategies for delegation, time and resource management, conflict resolution, and mentoring junior researchers.
