BE A PARTNER IN THE ZERO GOVERNMENT BUREAUCRACY PROGRAM
Description:
Under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, a program titled "Zero Government Bureaucracy Program "has been launched. This initiative aims to develop and simplify government procedures by eliminating, reducing, simplifying, and merging unnecessary government procedures and requirements to improve the efficiency of government work. In this context, the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) intends to play an active role in implementing this program by involving the university community in identifying all forms of bureaucracy associated with its administrative and academic operations.
Aim:
The university aims to involve the UAEU community in the "Zero Government Bureaucracy Program "considering them a key element in the program's success, by proposing innovative and practical ideas, assessing the effectiveness of these ideas, and working on improving the quality of the implemented amendments.
Expected Implementation Results:
- Accelerating the process of providing government services by reducing routine procedures and minimizing the need for repetition and overlapping in transactions.
- Improving the clarity in government process by utilizing digital systems that enable process tracking and make information easily accessible to customers.
- Increasing customers satisfaction rate with government services, through timely and efficient service delivery, thereby enhancing trust between the government and customers.
