In a pioneering step, the United Arab Emirates University announces its successful incorporation of the document download service using (UAE Pass), making it the first university in the country to offer this service.  This productive collaboration is between the United Arab Emirates University and the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) to enable the university’s alumni to retrieve their digital documents issued by the university, and to provide them using the Emirates ID.

This achievement is a quantum leap in providing digital services, as the United Arab Emirates University always takes the responsibility of improving students' and alumni’s experiences by adopting cutting-edge technologies. Through this ambitious project, the alumni will be able to download digital documents to UAE Pass, which will make it easier for them to share them easily with any institution or entity in the labour market. The documents enabled under the Emirates ID include the diploma, certificate, and transcript. 

In addition to the high level of digital security that this service provides, it enables the alumni to store their personal and academic documents in a trusted source, which makes it easier for them to access them whenever needed.
