The Centre for Career Placement and Alumni at the UAE University has organized a communication forum with recruitment partners in its new edition for the current academic year where 14 agencies from the private sector have participated. 

Dr. Suad Al Marzooqi, Acting Associate Provost for Student Affairs, confirms that the UAEU pays great attention to providing training and career opportunities for its graduates from its various majors in collaboration with the different private sectors and institutions, which are considered strategic partners. The university endeavours these efforts to act as a support to implement the training and career plans and programs for the alumni.  Besides, these efforts are intended to meet the labor market needs of the various majors and the academic outcomes.  

Dr. Al Marzooqi adds, "Organizing such forums reflects the government's wise vision. This forum aims at complementing the national efforts spent on enhancing the youth's role in the private sector in order to highlight the most important training programs and plans, and career opportunities provided by this sector.The Centre for Career Placement and Alumni seeks to provide direct meetings with companies' and institutions' representatives, and to expose them to the available opportunities. These meetings call for students and graduates to participate and build networks with job managers, to enhance and develop career skills based on future labor market needs, and to provide opportunities for dialogue and communication.

The representatives of the participating institutions have provided detailed offers of their companies' programs and plans, along with their available training and career opportunities. At the end of the forum, the participating institutions were honored for their efforts in achieving the strategic vision to attract alumni to the labour market.
