The Advisory Services team is dedicated to creating and sustaining a positive work environment by helping to resolve work-related problems, and by building and maintaining successful employer-employee relationships at the University.
Employees Affairs
Specialists/Executives Employee Affairs are responsible for developing and building relationships with the management team of the departments/faculties they support, and for providing HR support, advice and information on matters relating to:
- Established HR Policies and Procedures.
- Selecting and Recruiting Job Candidates.
- Improving the Quality of work environment.
- Contracts and End of Service.
- Emiratization Strategy Implementation and Following-up.

Compensation and Benefits
The Compensation & Benefits Unit is responsible for managing all employee benefits including processing claims, leaves, and transactions related pension and End of service gratuity.
