The Advisory Services team is dedicated to creating and sustaining a positive work environment by helping to resolve work-related problems, and by building and maintaining successful employer-employee relationships at the University.
Employees Affairs
Specialists are responsible for developing and building relationships with the management team of the departments/faculties they support, and for providing HR support, advice and information on matters relating to:
- HR Policies and Processes
- Posting, Selecting and Recruiting New Hires
- Employee Relations
- Learning & Development
- Contract Renewals, Separations and End of Services
- Emiratization Strategy

Compensation and Benefits
The Compensation & Benefits team assists employees and Colleges /Departments in the development of job descriptions, job evaluation and grading, benefits management (ex. Tickets and Education), leave and pension administration.
