BIOGRAPHY
Aysha H. Ayaz is a Fine Artist from England, UK; specialising in a wide range of Art Practice including:
-Painting (in oils and Acrylics),
-Sculpture (using steel, copper, glass, stone, concrete etc.)
-Assemblage (using a combination of created and found objects)
-Installation Art forms (Transformation of space).
Having gained her BA (Hons) from the University of Lancaster, England UK; she immediately pursued a PGCE (Post Graduate Certificate in Education).
Becoming a fully qualified Teacher of Secondary and Tertiary Art Education.
She continued her studies in Fine Art, going on to achieve an MFA (Master of Fine Arts) from the esteemed University of Leeds, England UK.
Throughout her initial work as a Studio-based Fine Arts Tutor and progression to a Fine Arts Lecturer in England UK, she continually maintained her Art Practice.
Aysha H. Ayaz is currently teaching her specialisations in Visual Arts at the University of the United Arab Emirates (UAEU); instructing on Drawing, Painting, Sculpture, Installation and Art Theory.
Her research interests focus on:
Art Therapy + The Psychology of Creativity,
Eastern/ Western Art Practices, Materiality and Transformation.
