Enhance Online Master & PhD Admission System
The Admission Department is handling the process of accepting the applicants who are willing to enroll in United Arab Emirates University for Master/
PhD Courses. For the applicants to be able to enroll in the university, they need to register, admit, and submit all of the required documents to the online
admission system.
Students can request postponing registration or withdrawal from the University through this system and attach the required documents. The system automatically checks the
eligibility in real time and forward the request to Registration Department to approve and the system update the student information accordingly in the Banner System.
Following features added
1. More validations on input fields
2. Two factor authentication
3. Change / Reset Password
4. Rating
5. User notes are added on some screens
6. Declaration emails are incorporated
7. New search fields are added in Query Form.
8. Reminder email is sent to the applicant on missing document(s).
9. New INB Form to display all pushed applicants on term, degree and application type.
1. Restricting the registration postponements and withdraw from the university to (Active and not registered students).
2. An email notification is sent for all those involved regarding the clearance.
3. Adding clearance and the various departments details on the clearance page for students.
4. Student status and the gradable section in the case of from update after the approval
Following are the enhancement done.

a. Change the status from RP to IP.
b. Add grade ‘W’ to the gradable section.
