The demand for various college-related applications among students and faculty has massively
increased. Every new semester brings a variety of application requirements. Based on this high
demand, UITS management has decided to introduce the idea of delivering software as a service.
With Citrix® XenApp technology deployed at UAE University, applications are virtually delivered
over the UAEU campus to any device, consistently and efficiently. Today, UAEU students, faculty and
staff can use most heavy applications like Matlab, Minitab & SPSS without having to wait to install
it on their personal computers and struggle with device compatibility limitations.
