UAEU Chancellor, confrmed
the interest of the university to
extend its scope of partnerships
with the community and other
sectors particularly with the
ministries and teaching staf.
Professional Development
Programs and to prepare
related studies and academic
research within the strategies
of continuous development of
teachers performance and skills.
H.H the Minister of Higher Education
& Scientifc Research mentioned
that UAEU has wide experience in
the area of developing curriculum,
training, teaching, learning, teacher
preparation whether for novice
or mature teachers. In addition
the university possesses feld
experience in research, education
and training areas at local, regional
and international levels stressing
at the same time the importance
of the agreement to enhance the
role of teachers and to raise their
potential and the level of their
contribution towards our students.
The agreement was signed by His
Excellency, Humaid Mohammed
Al Qatami, Minister of Education,
who in turn announced the
integrated vision of both parties
in implementing the plans and
programs that guarantee the
achievement of distinction in the
area of education so as to provide
an educational system that is of
the highest level and develops and
builds the personality of the student
while providing them with modern
sciences and original values.

Partnership between
Ministry of Education and UAEU
After signing the Memorandum of
Understanding on the 4th of June
2011 regarding the enhancement
and cooperation between UAEU
and the Ministry of Education, H.H
added, that this interest comes with
the university’s on going efort to
serve the community in such a way
as to make use of its rich potential
in all its specialized scientifc areas.
H.H has mentioned as well that
the university, being the mother
university in the country, is
dedicated to achieving distinction in
the areas of teaching and learning of
undergraduate and post-graduate
students. He also confrmed
the university’s willingness
to communicate with the
community through its Continuous
