Research Relevance and Potential Impact
This study contributes to the literature of strategic management by incorporating the three main
elements of the strategy process, namely, formulation, implementation and control, in one model
and by examining this model in the less researched semi-government sector in a region where little
research on strategy can be found, the Arab Middle East in general and the UAE in particular.

Career Aspirations
My career aspiration is to make use of my professional skills and knowledge to facilitate in the
strategic management in Abu Dhabi’s semi-government sector, and transforming into an exemplary
high, sustainable organizational performance with a dynamic perspective on how an enterprising
organizations can transform themselves to achieve it.
