Graduation of its Student Members of
Comprised 24
students within
a program lasted
for 5 weeks
Under the patronage of H.H Sheikh
Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahayan,
Minister of Higher Education &
Scientifc Research, UAEU Chancellor,
the Zayed Higher Institution of
Human Care and Special Needs
celebrated on the 21st June 2011 at
the University headquarter in Al
Ain the graduation of a number of
participants of the Zayed Centre
for Development and Qualifcation
following a fve- week training
program carried out in cooperation
and coordination with the university.
Twenty four students were training
provided in the areas of poultry
breeding, green-houses agriculture,
sheep and goat breeding, milk
production, in addition to a
training session in fsh breeding.
The celebration was attended by
Dr. Abdullah Saad Al-Khanbashi,
UAEU Vice Chancellor and Mariam
Saif Al Kubassi,Sector Chairman of
Special Needs of the Institution.
Al-Khanbashi stated that as
learning and training are the
rights of every member of society,
the University represented by the
Continuous Education Centre and
the Faculty of Food & Agriculture
in cooperation with Zayed Centre
for Development and Qualifcation
pertaining to Zayed Higher
Institution of Human Care and
Special Needs took the initiative
of holding the training session
for 24 trainees. This distinguished
training course endeavored to
develop the skills of the students of
the centre in various agricultural
areas following comprehensive,
modern and scientifc processes.
