and scientifc investigation and
helps the students fnd the drawings
and important architectural
projects within their department.
The student Saif Al Maqballi,
Faculty of Science, asserted that
this technology is very helpful and
that the university students are
so lucky to have such a technology
because teachers can prepare their
lectures beforehand so as to provide
the information quite easily.
The student Haza Al Shamsi, third
year Business Administration,
considers that this system saves
students efort in communicating
with the university and its
curricula in addition to the
administrative communications
with various administrative ofces
of the university. Further, the
system provides the possibility
of corresponding with the
administration and to be acquainted
with the recent decisions and
important circulars. It keeps
students who have a forced
absence from the university, a
matter which is considered by
the student Ibrahim Keilani, third
year Law student, as extremely
important to help the student to
be in continuous contact with the
classroom and the university.
Credit is to be given in this regard
to the University Administration
acting upon the instructions of
H.H Sheikh Nahayan Mabarak
Al Nahayan, Minister of Higher
Education & Scientifc Research, who
created an educational policy which
has as frst priority the creation
of an appropriate technological
environment equipped with state
-of-the-art equipment so as to
prepare a pioneering generation
of students and graduates who
are able to share in the process of
the development of the Nation.
For this purpose, the University
has provided a wide array of
advanced electronic networks
spread throughout the university
to support the administrative
and teaching process.
