Research Relevance and Potential Impact
The research conducted by the candidate as part of her thesis work has great potential impact
on various applications and sectors such as the Internet of Things (IoT), the environment,
Smart Power and Water Grids, animal tracking, intelligent transportation, Smart Cities and
many more. The research is very relevant to the UAE and will serve the vision of the country
in deploying smart cities and smart government applications.
